A blend that showcases the delicacy and softness of Pinot Noir, supported in structure and body by a tiny percentage of Chardonnay: this is the recipe behind the Rosé Brut Première Cuvée by Bruno Paillard. A Champagne with a gentle soul, it woos us with a fine bubble, which sip after sip creates a sort of addiction, once again demonstrating the greatness of the maison. The maison Bruno Paillard produces this Champagne Rosé Brut Première Cuvée from a skillful blend where, alongside Pinot Noir, we also find a tiny percentage of a white grape variety, Chardonnay. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest to ensure only the highest quality from the terroirs they come from, after a first fermentation are refermented, as dictated by the rules of the Méthode Champenoise, in the bottle, remaining on the lees for a 36 months. Then, after the disgorgement operations, a subsequent maturation of another 5 months is expected, directly in the bottle.
This Champagne Rosé Brut Première Cuvée presents itself in the glass with a pink color reminiscent of salmon. The texture of the perlage is fine and subtle, and develops with good persistence. The nose is a joy of enveloping aromas, shifting from fruity to floral, offering a fresh and crisp olfactory profile. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth, and slender thanks to a delicate sip, characterized by a pleasant fresh vein. An exceedingly elegant bubble, with which the maison Bruno Paillard highlights the feminine soul of this label.
