The Champagne "Tradition" by Gaston Chiquet is produced from grapes harvested in Hautvillers, Dizy and Mareuil sur Aÿ Premier Cru. After an ageing for 30 months on the lees it expresses elegance, good complexity, freshness and well-balanced
