The Champs des Maures from the French winery Chemins de Bassac is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon from the wonderful Languedoc. After a manual harvest of the grapes, the winemaking proceeds without the use of indigenous yeasts while the aging is carried out for a few months in cement tanks. The intense ruby red color reveals aromas of blackberry and plum alternated with citrus hints of cedar. The taste is fruity, juicy, agile, and very tasty
