Domaine Chevrot's Chardonnay Hautes Cotes de Beaune is a fresh white Burgundy, with a saline profile that is perfect for immediate drinking. The nose releases a fruity bouquet dominated by pear, lemon and fresh almond, enriched by a herbaceous finish with mint and fennel. On the palate, it is refreshing, saline and has a long fragrance. Ideal with linguine with clams or a cheese soufflé
