"Michiel" is a pure Chardonnay that impresses with its organoleptic profile and the vibrant mineral vein of the sip. Aged in oak for about 10 months, it reveals itself to the nose with aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, apricot, candied cedar, and honey, with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, decisive, and clear, with good acidity and sapidity, with citrus returns in the finish.
