The Chardonnay by Peter Zemmer is a lively and sociable white wine from the municipality of Cortaccia in South Tyrol, aged for a short period in stainless steel tanks to maintain a fresh and vibrant sensory profile, while also being full-bodied, rich in aromas of ripe tropical fruit such as melon and banana, suitable for everyday dining as well as for an informal aperitif
