Sophie is an elegant and fine Chardonnay from Alto Adige, fermented in wooden barrels with indigenous yeasts and aged in the same barrels for 8 months. The intense floral and fruity bouquet with mineral accents creates a charming and refined texture that envelops the palate with softness and pleasant freshness.
