Chateau Calon Segur is an unmistakable name on the Bordeaux wine scene, known worldwide for being included in the Troisièmes Crus Classés in the 1855 Bordeaux classification. Fine, elegant and deep red wine, the bouquet is rich and perfumed, with notes of cherry, cassis, rose, violet, spicy and herbal hints standing out. A wine to keep, wait for, and let it embellish over time

meticulous selection, the first directly in the vineyard and the other two in the winery, on the vibrating and manual sorting table. The grapes are then vinified in red through alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in conical stainless steel tanks, with 18-21 days of skin maceration. Once the fermentation process is completed, the mass is racked into first-use French oak barriques for aging for 20 months in a modern environment with controlled temperature and humidity values.

The Saint-Estèphe Chateau Calon-Ségur has an intense garnet red color with violet hues. The aromatic spectrum opens with perceptions of blackberry, cassis, rose petals, and violet, soon reached by deep spicy suggestions and delicate hints of aromatic herbs such as mint and sage. Tasting elegant and austere, rich and deep, with integrated tannins that accompany the persistent finish.
