The Chénas from the Domaine de Boischampt winery is a soft and juicy red wine made from Gamay in the Chénas Cru, the smallest in the entire Beaujolais area. The short aging in wood gives it warm spicy notes, among which licorice stands out, which accompany the intense aromas of berries and cherry, while on the palate it is full, fleshy, and enveloping, with a long and persistent finish. An excellent wine to accompany everyday meals!
