It expresses fresh and fragrant notes of cherry, violet, delicate spices, underbrush, and light iron tones. On the palate, it has a pure deep texture and excellent freshness, with a delicate and vibrant sip.
The Chianti Classico Lamole I Fabbri is born in a Tuscan winery that boasts ancient origins, with roots dating back to the 1600s. The name of the estate comes from the Grassi family, who owned the land at the time and also had a workshop for metal processing. The Podere Casole is located in one of the most prized areas of the Chianti Classico region, which, due to its altitude, microclimate, and soil composition, is able to produce a Sangiovese of great finesse and elegance. The winemaking process without the use of wood preserves the rich fruity fragrance of the grapes, which express themselves in the glass in a direct manner, providing immediate gustatory pleasure.
The red Chianti Classico Lamole is born in the heart of Tuscany's wine region. The I Fabbri estate is located in Lamone, near Greve in Chianti. The vineyards are cultivated on terraces situated at an altitude between 450 and 650 meters above sea level, in a magnificent basin facing south. The climate is sunny during the day but cool at night, with significant temperature fluctuations.The soils are predominantly sandy in nature, resulting from the disintegration of sandstone, very draining and poor, perfect for working with low natural yields. The vineyards are cultivated in harmony with the unspoiled environment, according to the principles of organic farming. At the end of the harvest, the Sangiovese grapes are fermented at controlled temperatures with skin maceration.
