The Chimbanta by Dettori is a Sardinian red wine produced from Monica grapes. It is medium-bodied but characterized by an intense, territorial and very expressive aromatic profile. The bouquet is Mediterranean, with notes of cherry, herbs and dried flowers. The taste is rich and elegant.
