'Claviento' Despeinada

"Claviento' by the Despeinada winery is a white wine, an authentic expression of Grenache Blanc from Catalonia. The grapes are harvested in August from a modest vineyard exposed to strong winds, from which the wine takes its name. After a 24-hour maceration, alcoholic fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and maturation in steel. A small production for an agile and fresh wine, intense with exotic fruity aromas
