The Rouge "Gorge" by Domaine de Belliviere is a gritty and agile red wine, produced from Pineau D'Aunis variety. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts in new wooden barrels, where the wine is also left to refine. It has a creamy and juicy, well structured and vertical drink. The nose is filled with fragrant aromas such as plum, cherry, almond and fennel. Surprising when accompanied by meat sauces.
