Coteaux du Loir Rouge 'Gorge' Domaine de Belliviere 2022

The Rouge "Gorge" from Domaine de Belliviere is a wine made from only Pineau D'Aunis grapes. Once harvested, they undergo alcoholic fermentation, developed thanks to indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation, all in new wooden barrels, where the wine is also left to age. A creamy and juicy drink, well-structured from start to finish. The nose fills with fragrant aromas such as plum, cherry, almond, and fennel. It surprises the palate when paired with meat sauces.
