Cotes du Jura "Blanc Tradition" from Chateau d'Arlay is a white wine from the Jura region that comes from an elegant blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin. With a maturation of 3 years in large wooden barrels, it is explosive on the nose with sensations of hazelnut, raisins, and tea leaves, surrounded by tones of light oxidation; on the palate it is enveloping and substantial, with infinite aging potential. Wine made like it used to be with artisanal methods
