The Côtes du Rhône Blanc by Taparas is a white wine from the Rhône with great freshness and ease of drinking that ages for a few months in steel. Agile, slender, but with great richness and excellent smoothness, it spreads notes of citrus, Mediterranean scrub, spices, and marine essences.

The Côtes du Rhône Blanc is a white wine with momentum and great drinkability. Although this expression was born in the Rhône Valley, a land famous for the intensity and body of its wines, it manages to capture the most fragrant and fresh aspects. It is produced by the cooperative association Estézargues, created with the aim of promoting small regional wine-growing realities. The wines that emerge from this reality have a purely artisanal vocation, as they are the result of non-invasive practices that preserve the character of the territory and the grape, in order to enhance the work of the vigneron. This white is a narrative of the Rhône territory through a blend of local grapes.

The Côtes du Rhône Blanc of Estézargues is born in a territory rich in Mediterranean scrub and wild nature. The vines of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier take root in a flat soil, generated over millennia by the course of the Rhône River. Pebbles, debris, and gravelconstitute the uppermost layer, while in depth sands and clays sediment. In the cellar, fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts and aging continues in the same containers for several months.

The Côtes du Rhône Blanc Taparas - Estézargues presents itself with a pale straw yellow color that is not excessively bright, but slightly dull, with light veils. Beneath its cloak, aromas of Mediterranean scrub, citrus sensations, wild herbs, white-fleshed fruit, and a clear marine nuance emerge. It reveals a smooth, crisp, and direct sip, with a pleasant alcoholic warmth typical of the area, through a profile of great straightforwardness and simplicity, which calls for another taste. A perfect match with shellfish and mollusks!
