The Cremant de Bourgogne Rosé "Grande Cuvée" by Veuve Ambal is a Classic Method from Burgundy born from Pinot Noir, Gamay and Chardonnay grapes. It has an intense pink color and a dense and creamy perlage. The nose reveals an aromatic profile with a strong fruity persistence, with hints of strawberries, currants and raspberries. The sip is elegant and fresh, with a texture of red fruits and a pleasant mineral vein

The Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Grande Cuvée by Veuve Ambal is an intense, fruity, and well-structured Metodo Classico, made with Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes, to which a small percentage of Chardonnay is added, giving a touch of refined elegance to the blend. It is a sparkling wine that primarily expresses the aromatic richness of small red fruits, well balanced by a clear vein of mineral freshness. Due to its characteristics, it is excellent to taste at the table with a platter of cold cuts, with a shrimp and scampi appetizer, with seafood stews, or with delicate flavored white meats.

The Rosé Grande Cuvée Crémant de Bourgogne is a label that is part of the Les Cuvées Classiques collection of Maison Veuve Ambal and represents the most authentic expression of its refined and elegant style. The grapes of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Chardonnay are hand-harvested and separately processed for soft pressing and subsequent fermentation. After several months of aging, the best vins clairs are selected and blended to create the ultimate cuvée. The second fermentation takes place, as per tradition, according to the Méthode Champenoise with a period of refermentation on the yeasts in the Maison's caves of about 15 months, before proceeding to disgorgement.

The Crémant Rosé Grande Cuvée is one of the most structured and personality-rich labels in the company's range. The prevalence of red grape varieties in the blend contributes to giving this Metodo Classico a strong character and a typically gastronomic vocation. In the glass, it presents a rather intense bright pink color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The harmony of its face is wonderfully expressed by fragrant aromas that recall freshly picked small berries, strawberries, red currants, raspberries, citrus notes, floral nuances, and hints of bread crust. Rich and juicy, it has a pleasantly fruity, soft, and creamy sip that unfolds with great elegance towards a pleasantly fresh and savory finish.
