The Dolcetto d'Alba by Bosio is part of the boschi dei Signori line, dedicated to products that are maximally adherent to tradition. The vinification in steel and the maceration of only 6 days are instrumental in developing the fragrant character of the grape variety. On the nose, cherry, plum, and a slight floral touch emerge, with a typical almond finish. On the palate, it is soft and fresh, the silky tannic profile makes the sip very smooth. Excellent with semi-aged cheeses and white meats
