The Dolcetto d'Alba by Elio Altare is an expressive and particularly elegant tribute to this Piedmontese variety, still too often forgotten. Juicy and absolutely winey, it has aromas of cherry pulp and dark fruit, releasing hints of chocolate and earth ready to explode over time. On the palate, it is fresh and drinkable, set on a solid and soft structure, with measured tannins and a satisfying finish
