"Mosesco" is a Dolcetto D'Alba produced in the Langhe that spends its aging period exclusively in steel tanks, to preserve the varietal aromas. It presents strong winey aromas, accompanied by notes of plum and cherry jam, with some herbaceous and wet earth notes, alongside a slight spiciness. Very warm on the palate, enveloping and soft, it has a good fresh backbone balanced by pleasant savoriness.
