"Due" is a red wine from Veneto based on Merlot and Cabernet Franc, obtained from a blend of one-third slightly dried grapes and the remaining two-thirds fermented in steel to recreate a second fermentation. It ages in oak barrels for 24 months and presents a soft and velvety profile, with sweet tannins and aromas of ripe red fruit and sweet spices.
