Lambrusco Grasparossa "Vigna Ca' del Fiore" is the one of the symbol of the winery Manicardi. It is produced from the grapes of the cru Ca' del Fiore, with second fermentation in steel autoclave according to Charmat/Martinotti method. The taste is fresh, energy, drinkable, with scents of flowers and young red fruits. It is perfect with local food, like cotechino with lentils or tortellini
