The Etna Bianco "Mofete" by Palmento Costanzo is a fresh and drinkable white wine, born from the blending of Carricante and Catarratto grapes grown on the northern slope of the volcano. Fruity, mineral, and citrus notes emerge on the nose. The sip is delicate, lean, and has excellent persistence.
