The Etna Bianco “Salisire” is an elegant and territorial wine, characterized by mineral and smoky nuances, born at about 600 m above sea level in Contrada Martinella and aged for 2 years in steel tanks. It spings out scents of fresh fruits, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs combined to delicate sulfur hints. The taste is balanced, savory and concentrated, with a good persistence
