The Etna Rosato by Martinella is a fresh and fruity wine that delicately and carefree expresses typical mineral nuances of the terroir, vinified in steel with a short maceration on the skins and aging of 4 months on fine lees. It emanates aromas of small red fruits and cherries and has a fresh, savory, dry, and well-balanced taste.

The Etna Rosato "di Martinella" is a Sicilian wine characterized by light and subtle aromas, which impresses on the palate with softness and structure, derived from the grapes used to make it. Indeed, by choosing Nerello Mascalese, even though vinifying it to obtain a rosé, the tannins are present in the final sip, giving this label an interesting body that is not easily found in rosés. A bottle that confirms the good work undertaken by Vivera, a winery established recently, in 2003, which is already loved by enthusiasts of volcanic wines.

This Etna Rosato "di Martinella" is made by the Vivera winery starting from pure grapes of a great Sicilian autochthon, Nerello Mascalese. The vines of this variety are born and grow in the Contrada Martinella, about 600 meters above sea level, in vineyards managed with organic farming practices, located on the north-east side of the volcano. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, macerate cold for 4 hours, and then aregently pressed and sent for alcoholic fermentation in steel containers. Here the wine rests for 4 months in contact with the yeasts, until the bottling operations begin.

The Etna Rosato "di Martinella" reveals itself to the eye with an antique pink color, illuminating the glass with a clear and shining hue. The olfactory spectrum is mainly structured around fruity and mineral notes, also enriched by slight floral returns, fresh and enveloping. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slender, and smooth, with a dry sip of pleasant freshness, which develops on a taste structure perfectly balanced with the sensations already perceived on the nose. A bottle signed by Vivera that is born to accompany various dishes and preparations, in light of an enviable gastronomic versatility.
