The Friulano by Draga is a tyical white wine from Collio region in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is characterized by a seductive pale yellow, some fumé notes, not banal fruits and citrus fragrance. It is also a wine with 24 hours of maceration during the alcoholic fermentation
The Friulano wine from the Draga winery presents itself with an intense straw yellow color, with a bouquet of floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of elderflower, apricot, gooseberry, lemon zest, notes of aromatic herbs including thyme, and hints of nutty fruit. On the palate, it is quite intense and persistent, with good minerality and freshness and a finish that recalls smoky and slightly bitter notes reminiscent of almond.
