The Semi-sparkling Rosé "Ca' Melò" by Cascina Melognis is a crisp and festive rosé. Re-fermented with only grape must, it has a character as fresh as the fruit aromas that flow from the glass: red fruits and slight hints of spice describe a fresh, vibrant nose. The palate is striking for the sharpness of the sip, fresh and energetic, with subtle tannin balancing it all. An ideal gastronomic 'pet-nat' to accompany tasty appetizers
