The Gaillac Blanc "Pierres Blanches" from the Domaine de Brin winery is a white wine with a vibrant personality and excellent freshness that lasts throughout the tasting. The grapes of Mauzac and Len de l’el are hand-harvested and pressed whole before spontaneous alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts and aging for 12 months in used barriques. An exhilarating and dynamic sip, intensified by rich notes of quince and hints of bakery.
