The Gavi from the Municipality of Gavi "Vigne Rade" from the historic winery La Toledana is a dry white wine that stands out for its elegance and refinement. Label obtained from the vinification of pure Cortese grapes, exposed to maritime winds and a great temperature variation, which are subsequently aged in steel tanks for 6 months. The color is straw yellow with reflections reminiscent of sea water, the aromas refer to white flowers and fresh summer fruit with citrus and almond hints. The sip is delicate, mineral, and a long savory trail accompanies a harmonious finish.
