Grecanico Oscar Bissinger 2022

The Grecanico by Oscar Bissinger is a white wine with a straightforward and crisp character. Made in the Palermo area from thirty-year-old vines located on clay soils, it is a wine with beautiful ripe fruit and balsamic notes, adorned with accents of Mediterranean herbs. To produce it, Oscar uses only indigenous yeasts for fermentation and no other oenological artifices, resulting in a "marine" and fresh wine to pair with fish-based first and second courses.
