The Grechetto from Casale Certosa is a soft and elegant white wine produced in Lazio according to organic farming criteria. With a straw yellow color and greenish reflections, this pure Grechetto, after spontaneous fermentation, is aged in steel on the fine lees. Green pear, candied orange, gooseberry, and hazelnut are the main aromas that will emerge on tasting, making it the ideal companion for white meats, delicate fish dishes, and grilled vegetables
