The “Giallo d’Arles” is an intense, rich, and complex Greco di Tufo, aged in steel and barrique. It has such a deep and shining yellow color that it recalls Van Gogh's Sunflowers, painted in Arles. The aromas evoke peach, summer yellow fruit, honey, and dried fruit. The taste is full and intense, balanced and persistent.

Although it is already pleasant to taste immediately, it is a white that boasts excellent aging potential, with elegant and complex aromatic evolutions. Visually, it presents an intense and luminous yellow, with brilliant golden reflections that enhance its seductive appearance. Rich and refined, it offers aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, apricot, quince jam, peach, and hints of dried fruit. Structured and elegant, it provides a sip characterized by deep and persistent aromas, supported by a vibrant freshness that leads to a savory finish.
