Grenache 'Roc' Domaine Vinci 2023

"Roc" from the Domaine Vinci winery is a pure red wine made from Grenache Noir, harvested from old vines, some of which are over a hundred years old. With a handcrafted approach, the grapes are pressed by foot, followed by spontaneous fermentation with 2 weeks of maceration in cement tanks and a maturation of 12 months in steel tanks. In the heart of Roussillon, a wine that pairs perfectly with pasta dishes with meat sauces.
