The Grillo "Integer" is an intense and very traditional white wine, vinified on the skins for 10 days in old barrels and in a small part in amphora, without treatments or forcing, and aged for 10 months on the lees. On the nose, it is warm and enveloping, with clear sensations of flint. The taste is full, juicy, and rich in fruit, with long persistence.
