The Grillo "Kebrilla" by Fina is a white wine from the Trapani area that expresses in the glass the savory and iodine personality of the Sicilian sea precisely because it comes from vines located near the coastal area of the municipality of Marsala. It expresses intense notes of iodine, orange blossoms and mixed citrus peels on the nose, brushed against a fruity background of white peaches, revealing a refreshing sip, slightly aromatic, tonic and satisfying.

The Grillo “Kebrilla” by Cantine Fina is a dry white wine from Marsala that tells the story of one of the oldest grape varieties in all of Sicily. We are faced with a grape that, among the many cultivated on the island, is perhaps the one that best evokes its aromas and richness of sensations. This is the case with the “Kebrilla”, where one can appreciate the enviable freshness on the palate and the elegance of the bouquet presented to the nose, where the flowers of Sicily take on different forms, alternated with territorial references where the salinity of the nearby sea and the breezes that caress the vineyards are felt with precision. A label also characterized by an excellent quality-price ratio, an additional merit of a bottle born from the passion for the Marsala region.

The “Kebrilla” Cantine Fina is a pure Grillo, originating from those parcels located in the western part of Sicily, at about 150-400 meters above sea level. Among the rows a Mediterranean wind, rich in iodine, blows, and the vines are worked with organic farming practices, to safeguard the environment. The harvest takes place towards the end of August, and after pressing the grapes, the must ferments in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature. The wine is then transferred for a quick passage both in barrique, in cement, and in stainless steel containers.

The “Kebrilla” Grillo signed by the Fina winery presents itself to the eye with a bright and luminous straw-yellow color. The aromas that envelop the nose move in a predominantly floral and fruity context, enriched by sensations that recall iodine. Mineral is the entrance on the palate, which develops with a very tasty and mineral refreshing sip. It finishes with a finale of excellent persistence. A strongly identity-laden label that, sip after sip, transports us into Sicily, right where the Grillo grows and embodies all the aspects and nuances of the island.
