Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc by the Rouges Queues winery is a typical Burgundy Chardonnay realised with artisanal methods, which is recognisable for its balance and silkiness. A white wine whose grapes undergo direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a few months' ageing in barriques. The buttery nose underlined by fruity and slightly savoury aromas opens the door to a soft and persistent palate
