The Juliénas 'Vayolette' Domaine de Boischampt is a red wine produced in Beaujolais based on Gamay. The long aging of 24 months, part in cement and part in wood, gives the wine body and structure, as well as a good aging potential, to fully develop the particular finesse that characterizes it. On the nose, it expresses a wide and intense bouquet of berries, violet petals, and warm notes of sweet spices and hazelnut, while on the palate it is warm, soft, with a long and enveloping finish.
