Kerner Ebner 2024

The Kerner by Ebner is a white wine made from grapes originally from Germany, which have also found a suitable area in South Tyrol. The vineyards of the Ebner winery extend over terraces at about 800 meters above sea level, with forty-year-old vines cultivated according to the typical Trentino pergola system. During winemaking, temperatures are kept low to enhance the fragrance of the grape variety. The nose opens with hints of fruit and yellow mountain flowers, complemented by the delicate balsamic notes of alpine herbs. On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, with a pleasant salty note on the finish. Perfect to pair with vegetable appetizers or grilled fish, such as char.
