"La Manina" by Manincor is a white wine produced in the area of Lake Caldaro from typical varieties of this region: Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon. Vinified in steel and in wooden barrels with only indigenous yeasts, it stands out for its fresh, fruity, and mentholated aromatic profile. On the palate, it is intense, very savory, and pleasantly easy-drinking.
