Lambrusco Frizzante 'Bresca' Pico Re

The Lambrusco Frizzante ‘Bresca’ by Pico Re is born in Emilia from red grape varieties, at the heart of the Emilian red sparkling tradition. It focuses entirely on the freshness and immediacy of the fruit, an aspect made possible by the vinification, using the Martinotti method, of sweet and ripe Lambrusco Maestri grapes. On the nose, it is very fresh, with a hint of red and black fruit and a floral finish. On the palate, it is direct and fruity, with nice savoriness and a refreshing finish that calls for the next sip, ideal with a dish of anolini in broth or with boiled meat.
