'Las Galgas' Bodega Teo Legido 2020

"Las Galgas'" by Bodega Teo Legido is a white wine made from Verdejo of Castile and Leon. The grapes harvested by hand undergo a maceration on the skins of 6 days before spontaneous fermentation for indigenous yeasts. At the end of the vinification the wine remains to age in French oak barrels for 9 months. In the glass it shows an intense yellow color and fills the nose with scents of chamomile and hints of white fruit
