The Litrotto Bianco comes to life from the union of white grape varieties that the L'Archetipo winery decides to blend together. Four varieties that grow in vineyards that are about 22 years old, characterized by organic management, where the training system is that of free-standing trellising. The grapes, after harvesting, ferment in stainless steel tanks for two months, thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts.

This Litrotto Bianco wine presents itself with a straw yellow color. Delicate and subtle are the aromas that envelop, moment after moment, the nose, structured on fruity notes where hints of aromatic herbs and Mediterranean touches can be found. On the palate, it is light-bodied, smooth, with a pleasantly fresh sapid vein, which encourages drinking, making it very satisfying.
