The Malvasia from Feudi di Romans is a white wine from Friuli that comes from vines located near the Isonzo River. Aging in only steel allows for the development of a very fresh and fragrant bouquet, where fruity, citrus, herbal, and floral tones intertwine. The taste develops on a fresh and subtle texture, animated by mineral and savory trails.

skins. The subsequent fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 9 days, at controlled temperature. It then proceeds to the maturation phase, in which the wine rests on the fine lees for several months, until it is ready to be bottled and put on the market.

The Malvasia presents itself visually with a classic color reminiscent of straw. The aromas enveloping the nose move on a broad fruity texture, from which also emerge mineral touches and more herbaceous sensations. On the palate, it has a light, straightforward, and delicate body that flows easily, highlighting a savory and fruity texture. A good Friulian white, where the quality-price ratio is decidedly skewed in favor of the former component.
