"Maruxo" by Constantina Sotelo is an Albarino of Rìas Baixas. The grapes harvested from vineyards of 30 years at 800 meters above sea level, are macerated for 5 days and fermented by means of indigenous yeasts. The aging, like the vinification, is done in cement eggs. A large and vibrant sip gives off floral aromas savory maritime notes and fresh fruity hints
