The Merlot from Ronco Severo is a red wine that genuinely tells the story of the Collio Friulano land. It is obtained from a long maceration on the skins and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of sulfur. The aromas of berries, wild herbs, and underbrush support a balanced, rich sip with energetic freshness.
