The Merlot "Skala Special Vintage" by Paraschos is a robust and structured red wine from Collio Goriziano, aged for 60 months on the lees in used oak barrels of 5 hectoliters. It is dressed in an elegant ruby red, streaked with bright cherry-colored nuances and expresses a clean and powerful bouquet on the nose, animated by aromas of blackberries, blueberries, and cocoa, framed by refreshing balsamic notes of fresh mint and cedar peel.
