"Antigua" by Santadi is a Sardinian red wine made from Monica grapes with a small addition of Carignano, aged for a few months in cement tanks. It shows an intense and complex aromatic profile, characterized by notes of berries, hints of aromatic herbs, Mediterranean touches, and notes of myrtle. The palate leans towards a soft, warm, and pure texture, marked by a pleasant freshness and a nice tannic structure.
