Domaine Hadrien Houbert's Morgon 'Roche Pilée' is a pure Gamay produced in Burgundy on land just above the village of Villié-Morgon. It dresses the glass in an intense ruby red colour, while the nose offers fruity notes of wild strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Fresh and elegant, it is the result of semi-carbonic maceration and a year of barrel ageing that contribute to the development of a certain organoleptic balance and a long persistence. Try it with lasagna alla Bolognese!
