The Moscato d'Asti by Vittorio Bera is a traditional and artisanal interpretation of the famous aromatic grape variety. It is a sweet sparkling wine with an exuberant aromatic spectrum. Perfect accompaniment for fruit salads, pastries, and traditional desserts.

The Moscato d'Asti by Vittorio Bera is a wine of great Piedmontese tradition, interpreted with artisanal care, which maximizes the characteristics of this ancient aromatic grape variety. A sweet and slightly sparkling wine, that opens with floral scents, citrus aromas, and white fruit. Its extraordinary taste harmony is based on the perfect balance between the soft and dense notes of ripe fruit and the lively freshness, which accompanies the sip towards a refreshing finish. It is excellent paired with small pastries or dry pastries and is unbeatable with leavened desserts, particularly with pandoro and panettone.

The sweet sparkling wine Moscato d'Asti is produced by Vittorio Bera with pure Moscato Bianco from Canelli, sourced from vineyards cultivated in the hilly area of the municipality of Canelli, on soils generated from the disintegration of precious calcareous marls of marine sedimentation. The vines have an average age of about twenty years and are trained in Guyot with a planting density of 5000 vines per hectare. Once the manual harvest is completed, the pressing of the whole grape follows. The free-run must is sent for spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, which takes place in stainless steel autoclaves. The process is stopped when the wine reaches an alcohol content of 5.5% vol. After a period of aging in steel, the wine is bottled preserving a sugar residue and a lively sparkle.

The Moscato d'Asti is an excellence of our tradition, too often underestimated, which instead shows, in its best expressions, to be still today one of the most versatile and elegant dessert wines, especially for its natural balance. Vittorio Bera interprets it in artisanal style in the name of genuineness and maximum respect for a raw material of the highest quality. In the glass, it has a straw-yellow color. On the nose, it expresses scents of orange blossom, white flowers, citrus aromas, peach, and white fruit. The sip is lively and sparkling, with a great taste harmony that unites ripe fruit with freshness.
