“Mount Hermon Rosso” from Golan Heights Winery Yarden is composed of a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. These grapes come from vineyards located on the Golan Heights, at an altitude ranging from 400 to 1200 meters above sea level. Here the The vineyards are divided into blocks, which are worked individually. After the harvest of the various parcels, they are vinified separately from each other and then blended.
